Can`t connect to SVN

I have not been able to access the SVN using Tortoises. I keep getting challenged and asked for username password. My login is sensorbox.
What`s wrong?

The forums and SVN credentials are different.

The SVN credentials should be emailed to you when you bought a Premium Support Subscription. Please check the inbox (the Spam folder also).

If you cannot find, please send a request to support@object.net with your forum name and we will resend the credentials.

My SVN credential is sensorbox too. I receive the email when I bought a Premium Support Subscription, but I can`t connect to the SVN with credentials sent in email.
