[CLOSED] LicenseException: Ext.NET license unlocks a different Ext.NET version.

Hi,
I have a Ext.Net 5x license, however, I am trying to use it on Ext.Net 7.2.0 package and I get this error.
LicenseException: Ext.NET license unlocks a different Ext.NET version.
What can I do? do I need to purchase a new license? I read previously that holders of 5x shall get free upgrades.

Please contact us via support@ext.net so we can provide you specific license key for Ext.NET 7. And don't worry, owning an Ext.NET 5 license grants you an Ext.NET 7 one. They just need to be different licenses for the technology difference between both versions.

Same issue here.
I bought a license on past Monday and system sent me a v5 key.

I've replied to support, 2 days passed. I'm not sure to publish my user number on forum.
