Does the "Maximum Initial Response Time" line in the support subscription page mean maximum time for a solution or just a simple notification?

In other words, if we find a coolite-bug (i.e, a bug that does not exist in ExtJS) what is the maximum time for a solution?

We always try to resolve any bugs as soon as possible (even if it is ExtJS bug). If we cannot provide a quick fix then we provide (in 99% cases) a workaround, alternate solution or something else.

If you need urgent assistance then you can write directly to the support email (or mention about this in the forum topic)
