Cool. I've been wondering how Coolite will deal with updated versions of Ext JS.

Well... including the new ExtJS version 2.1 code base is not a problem and was expected. We're always up-to-date with the latest source and can easily integrate this new build.

We're super excited about the new controls!

Great work guys,

Can you please give us a small overview of where things are at maybe in percentages such as:

Roadmap example:
Grid - 80% complete (expected 2 weeks)
Viewport - 70%
New controls in 2.1 - 0% (expected 1 month)

Thanks for all you guys are doing, appreciate it may be hard to give estimates, just for certain projects it would be good to plan whether a feature will be available or not

It appears that extjs 2.1's licensing terms was changed from LGPL to GPL...

I'm guessing that if this library upgrades to 2.1, the licensing would become GPL also? I apologize if I misunderstand how this licensing works...

I'm sure have already noticed, but just in case, version 0.5 of the Coolite Toolkit was released. And yes, we made the switch to dual GPL and Commercial licensing.

I've added a new Licensing specific forum (http://forums.ext.net/forumdisplay.php?forumid=14-1.aspx). Please feel free post any questions or comments and we will do our best to answer.

The "License" page also contains a pretty simple breakdown of the two and our position regarding the use of the GPL, see http://www.ext.net/license/

You can download the latest build (and source-code) from the Download (http://www.ext.net/download/) page.

Hope this helps answer some of your questions.
