Create a Grid Plugin?

i want to add a Plugin of gridpanel (RowActions), i was trying to add this to the project Coolite.Ext.UX but i cant add the new control in the page i get an error...


can someone pls tell me, how to create a Plugin????

Coolite Toolkit already contains similar functionality which gives RowActions
- CommandColumn (https://examples1.ext.net/#/GridPanel/Commands/Row_Command/)
- ImageCommand (https://examples1.ext.net/#/GridPanel/Commands/Image_Command/)
- CellCommands (https://examples1.ext.net/#/GridPanel/Commands/Cell_Command/)
- GroupCommands (https://examples1.ext.net/#/GridPanel/Commands/Group_Command/)


Also distributive of the toolkit contains many plugins, just see how it is implemented
