I'm trying to access the Store that was created in my aspx page. Currently (as in my other posted example ) I can access the store in a Panel I am displaying. I'm wanting to get at that data in the store for other uses (actually Virtual Earth). From the ExtJS forums, it was suggested I use the following code, however when i do that (after my panel is created in the external js file), it appears I have not data.

var data = [];

myStore.each(function(rec) {

data.push(rec.data);

}

);

Should I be setting an event somehow on the Store to let me know the data is loaded in the store? Can I add that event to the Store in the js file, or do I have to do it in the original code (aspx page) that the store was created in?

If so, how do create the async function that gets called when the store is full populated.

Thanks for all the help.

Hi Peter,

The Store has Load event which fires after a new set of Records has been loaded

<Listeners>
<Load Handler="....." />
</Listeners>
