I want to build a website with coolite control and want to host it that it'll be available to all.
there i'll put some ads, which'll help me to bear the hosting cost.

for this do i have to have a commercial license?
if i go for GPL then do i have to share the whole code?

please help me out...

No. The Community License (GPL) does not have a commercial/non-commercial restriction on useage.

Yes. The client-side and server-side code required to reproduce and redistribute the project would need to be available to the end user (for free).

I hope this helps answer your questions. Please let us know if you require any further clarification and we'll be more than happy to assist.
