Hi,

I have a trouble with authentication on a solution deployed on a Windows 2008 R2 Server when i use IE either 7,9,10 or 11.
I have no issue with either Firefox or Google Chrome.
It seems that the solution is unable to get the informations of the current Windows User in order to check if is a valid user of the domain.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Do you think that problen is related with Ext.Net?
Do you have the same issue if Ext.Net is not used in the application?

We didn't have similar problems when we were using a bare ASP .Net 4.0 version of the same solution.

We didn't have similar problems when we were using a bare ASP .Net 4.0 version of the same solution.

The problem has been solved.
It was an issue between IIS 7 and IE regarding JQuery.
IIS 7 is by default set to support IE8 and neither of the later versions.
Or JQuery 2.x, that we used, is correctly handheld by IE9 and ulterior versions.
Thus we have applied the instructions found on this page:

Thanks.
