Hello

We would like to renew the premium support, what isn't clear, is the license holder details.
What I have to enter there? If we have already an account, why can't it be done directly from the account?
It seems that the renewal create a new account ... or not?
Could you explain it better, what we have to fill in the account holder form to renew an existing account?
