Json reader not retrive all pages of data in grid panel

Hi,

I am some issue with JsonReader JsonReader.
Ex: I have List of Employess in GridPanel.Now i am Deleting some employees by CheckBoxSelecting column Chekbox.
Here I am selecting employees from differents pages of gridpanel.
But Json reader reading records from current active page of grid only.

Please give any solution for this.
