I asked my colleague to test. He also could not reproduce.

What is Windows version?

There is the native browser scroll functionality. It is not Ext.NET or ExtJS. It is really strange that it is not working for you.

You are right.It appears to be working for others.
IE vers are same: 11.0.12
Not the same place is, my system is windows 8.1 ,theirs are not.
It is for this reason ?!
