[CLOSED] maximum for numericaxis in charts only allows integer

Is there any reason why the maximum and minimum for the numericaxis of a chart only accepts integer values? It supposes to accept any double values, if I have a chart of Y values ranging from -0.5 to 0.5, right?

Also the auto max and min value adjusted is also limited to -1 and 1, but surely there are graphs that require decimal values. Is there any work around of this problem? Thank you so much
