In our new MVC application we need to develop a Reports GUI Designer.

In our designer we need 2 Panels, one for the report header and another one for report fields. Both Panels should be resizable at height.

Over these Panels, user could drag-and-drop labels. Each label should be fully resizable.

In addition, we must include tools like font configuration (size, color, bold,...), font aligment or controls aligment (top, middle, bottom,...).

I find some sencha GUI Designers, but there is some Ext.NET sample like this?

Any advice in this issue will be welcome.
